The reffs at the MW did do there best and yes were tired and wet. The problem was not the call made by 1 or 2 reffs, because the call was over turned and the penalties were given. The problem was the score keeping or lack of it. After the penalties were given none of the reffs including the ultimate new how many players were inthe dead boxes. So both teams were asked, some crowd members were asked and there were a couple of differant answers. My problem is if James wasn't sure then he should have replayed the game. They spent 45 minutes trying to deceid and then said what the hell lets move on. The Brusiers loved the call. I had 4 other team coaches come up and tell me it was a bullshit call and they all said they would not be back. This is a black eye on utah paintball. My team is not boycotting the mw, we want it to grow. I just hope the calls will be made faster and with more authority

What do you mean by this? The score was adjusted and we had the penalty inforced after the flag hang we still had one player alive. If this had not been that case I would have not accepted the score. 😠

You are right, but had the call been made immediately we would have had 2 left to fight the 1 you had left. and the game would have continued. it should not have taken 45 min to make the call and the teams should not have been let of the field until it was done.
Next time it our turn OK.

This is were speculation takes over as to how many you had and how many we had and who would have won the game. I do not want this to continue and possibly cause harsh feelings, lets agree that its over and move on as you indicate. I would hope to continue to have a positive relationship with you and your team and look to have scrimages this next year. PM and lets talk about setting up some days for a practice in the near future.

AMEN!

anyway bj did bring up some good points. They have gotten better. The venue was amazing. I did have fun just a little rough. All i have to say is that was the hardest 3rd place finish ever earned.

If opinions required qualifications, the vast majority of us would never speak.

That's what I was thinking, by reading his posts, no one would ever know he was going to be a lawyer :dodgy:
