Yeah i was there, i was playing so stop judging me before you know who i even am. Yeah when i got screwed, it kept us out of playing in the finals, but my call was rediculous, horrible!! Yeah he has a right to complain, but everyone gets screwed sometime or llater. I didn't get on 801 and complain about it. Its a hard job to be a ref so you have to give them a little slack, like what sparks said. I was just telling him to calm down. wow .... sorry im an ass, but you will just have to deal with it. Drama is gay, Thats why im never on this site. pm for any concerns

Wow...Everyone can sit and talk about how upset they are about how I chose to play that game, but you all know at the end of the day you would have done the same thing to get your team a win in that situation. The fact of the matter, whether you like it or not, is that bending the rules is no longer the rare exception, its the rule. Its part of the game. And don't think that I'm bagging on paintball, because cheating exists in every sport, even in the pros. Whether its a face mask, or holding in the NFL. Traveling in the NBA. Roids in the MLB. It exists, so learn to use it, or learn to deal with it, because its not going away. Even if the refs learn to analyze these situations more quickly and asses the proper penalties the moment they happen, people will still occasionally decide that the benefits of cheating outweigh the risk of penalty. You can question my integrity all you want, because frankly I don't give a rats ass what 15 year olds on paintball forum have to say about my judgment. But if your purpose in all this is to change something about the sport, I think your efforts should be directed towards bettering the refs so that they can't be manipulated so badly in these situations. Until the refs are no longer able to hide behind that stripped jersey, and have to take responsibility for bad calls, it won't change. The player's job is to do what it takes to win. The refs job is to see that its done fairly. So please don't criticize me or my team for things that you would have done yourself. But by all means, criticize the refs for a terrible job well done!!! Everyone is so scared to critique the refs and make them do a better job. I'm a ref, so I can sympathise, but I'm also able to take criticism when I deserve it. At the end of the day those refs will do nothing to make sure this doesn't happen again. They'll show up to the next event feeling completely justified in their judgment because they'll read on the Internet that everyone felt bad for them. "Its such a hard job, they didn't get a break, it was wet and cold." And they still made a bad call!!!! Ask them, or the organizers, what they are going to do to improve the reffing for next time? Go ahead, ask them. The answer will be nothing, because you, the players allow it to be nothing.

It's sad that the only way you thought your team could win is by you doing a dirty run through. Everyone wipes accasionally and we accept that fact. But if one of my guys had did what you did and was proud of it he would not be one on my guys any more:mad: ðŸ˜

I've reffed plenty of tournaments and the only mistake I ever made was agreeing to ref the tournament.
Bitching about a call or the refs on a forum makes you a bigger loser than the crappy refs or the guys cheating, if that's what happened, but then again getting on a forum and bragging about cheating to rub it in another teams face is even worse than that. So I guess you're all losers! So when is the next practice, I want to play!! __________________

I really didn't care to say anything until I read your post. Players like you are the reason I usually stay away from tournament play. I'm sorry the win means more to you than playing with any shred of dignity or honor.

Nice HBK
And what Dan said is the truth, cheating has become part of paintball, and we all just need to learn to accept that fact because it's not like we are going to be able to stop cheaters from cheating. __________________

Dan your my hero, its part of the game get use to it. Like dan said its in all sports why does everyone bitch about it in paintball so much. A holding call goes unoticed in football.....no one gets online and totally talks shit on that person or calls them a cheater. Its not cheating its called playing on...they have rules and penaltys for it. Refs made a shitty call not dans fault they sucked and he took advantage of it. Im pretty sure the Brusiers won the game not ballistic...and in the end isnt that why you go to tournaments to win??? Stop hating.....and Dan <3 and its not just cause we share the same name.
