Sounds like a fair enough explanation....I see your point. I was just curious. I noticed that Memberships will be available what kind of benefits and prices will we be looking at there. I might just have to save my pennies and go for the best value in the end.

More thoughts on Wal-mart
Wal-mart, shopko, target......and the INTERNET. I know all of us, including me, have purchased paintball gear off of the internet or at any of te previous mentioned stores. I believe we all need to shop at local PAINTBALL stores. Pegleg, Millenium, Ballistics, Adrenaland, Addicts, etc, etc..... I hear plenty of people saying its too much to pay 10$ to play for a day and field paint is overpriced. Referring back to the steak idea...You may have to pay a bit to have fun and then in turn they can offer you better fields, airball fields, a place wher yeou can go chill and have fun and only have to clean up a little after yourselves compared to having to take everything out with you... Keep the money in Utah and Utah will grow on the Map...... Would be nice to see larger tournies being hosted here in UTAH! hope that made sense...freakin tired.. ps..... 1.The internet and wal-mart isnt going to provide fields. 2.The locations in 1 arent there for customer service and repairs. 3.The local paintball stores can only do so(provide fields) if people buy from them. 4.Local stores are here for the business, provide places to chill, tech tips, repairs, and because they enjoy the hobby. 5. Refer to the business side, when stopping by shops and listen to yourself......I hope your first words arent......"What kind of deal can you make me?" 6. Know that if you are a valued customer, shop there frequently, and support your local store, they (the workers, owners of the store) are more likely to randomly hook you up with better deals..... __________________ If guns kill people, then I can blame my pencil(keyboard) for misspelled words. Makes perfect sense krispy. 🙂
As for membership prices and benefits, we are still hashing that out, but we are sure everyone will be pleased if thats the route they choose.

Gets Better! Velocity Paintball is just starting! In the future you will see the fields of play getting better with new additions i.e., The Castle in 2006, Riverside will be in production this year, and The Velocity Staff will continue to add to the fields and improve where needed. Presently, there is no other place in this State to get what you will have at Velocity Paintball. We have analyzed prices throughout the western part of the country and the players of Utah will be receiving a good deal, a great knowledgable staff, regulated play, scenario games, tournament play, a relaxed outdoor atmosphere, and much more! Give us a little more time and we will become of the best paintball parks in the Intermountain region...The Velocity Staff took a lot of time and consideration to prepare and structure the fees associated with the Velocity Paintball Field, and believe me, the players have a good deal!

Chad, We are still analyizng the monthly membership and other optiopns to create a fair price for the players and still keep the field operational with the Quality we want. As of now we are looking at a monthly membership and then a discount on paint. That means the Member Players will be paying less than $40 /case for paint... I am confident it will be fair... Not Free but Fair.. There will also be promotions every month at the field for various events. Scenario Games, Big Games, Free Food weekends, Pro Clinics, Police events, and more.. __________________

👍 $40 for paint and $25 for two days is not bad at all, guys!
Over in Ohio and the Midwest you have to pay an arm and a leg for paint...heck, just look at PB Addicts down in Salt Lake. They're FPO so they know people will be willing to pay $65/case. That's the kind of ripoff pricing Allen has tried to avoid, and has done an INCREDIBLE job of keeping the prices beyond reasonable. All the fields I went to in OH were FPO and charged ridiculous fees for their products and services. I can honestly say I wish I had a field like the one Allen is putting together back home. As a poor college student without time for a job, I know better than anyone how prices can put a dent in your wallet. And the fact that the field is in Ogden means our club and team members will be able to get great deals and play time instead of driving two hours each way to Salt Lake for the "best field in the area". I really look forward to the opening of this field- I am really surprised that a field of this caliber is opening in Utah, and we should all be grateful that Allen is putting so much work and thought into this. Thanks Allen!
