now I could be mistaken, but Chris from Adrenaland has tried his ass off to do this very thing with little or NO support. How many times did he get AIR TIME promoting the sport. He tried to hold public meetings, how many people showed up? like 6 people. Everyone wants it to be better,
NOONE WANTS TO STEP UP AND TRY. I hope that you are more successful in this venture than Chris was Allen. I know hes worked hard on it. __________________

It is hard because a lot of the players are teenagers and adults see them as iresponsible trouble makers and the entire perspective is completly wrong. Yes there are a few who are like that but for the most part we are all good guys. If the public would see this is actually a sport and not a whole bunch of kids shooting each other it would make this a lot easier. It wont be easy and I is gonna take time, but if we work on it, I think we would be suprised what can happen.

That is the problem tubyboy. Too many adults who play paintball don't care or aren't willing to truely commit to this type of action. Not to mention, a lot of the older adults that play are woodsballers. they mostly play on whatever field they can. tourney players on the other hand are mostly teenagers and 20 somethings. It easier for those who frequent the public shops and fields to get them together and spread the word. Not to mention that even if we could get all the tourney/public field users together, they are still the minority of paintball players. the trick is to get those weekend warriors on the band wagon. The only real way to do it is by word of mouth. wileyc Allen has been campaigning for paintball just as long, if not longer, than Chris. This said, I give my props to both these guys. They have brought paintball into the public both in front and behind the scenes. __________________

Not only to allen and chris but john at addicts. I have seen alot and heard alot of great things they have done for the sport. Several tournys, pump nights, etc. I would have to say those 3 have done a lot for the sport. I think we are gonna be even more suprised to see what is going to happen in 2005!
