eh, they arent really "levels", they are a way to classify players division in which they play

to answer your question

D-5 ( first or second year players) rookies

D-4 novies players : these players have been in the tournament scene for more then two years

D-3 to sum this one up it the rookie level for the NPPL

to close it out there is also D-2, D-1, Semi pro and Pro

Depending on the tournament you play in there are also other rankings you might qulify for

Dude why do you need to make a new name "mr. Kill" you already have three names. There is no reason to act like a new player when you already know all this.
