👎 Wow, 801 At Finest

First off. I want to start out by saying that 801 is Rediculous. I just recieved a messege from Neil (I guess he is an owner of 801) expanding on the topic of my numurous sales in the B/S/T...only to be told that i am now not to sell in the Fourms any more due to various complaints from other 801 members stating that i sell too much. Anybody that knows me will tell you hands down that until i was old enough to get a job (like a month ago) i would Buy and Sell paintball gear in order to afford to play. And now being 16 for a month I need take Plane Tickets to Events and A Car+Gas into consideration. Prior to being 16 i would, as stated before, sell and buy gnus and gear as a way to fund me playing paintball. However now i guess that has turned into a problem for 801paintball.com because they think i am selling items for stores. This is total bullshit to the max. A Buy/Sell/Trade forum is established to do those things...buy...sell...and trade. It really isnt my fault that poeple dont have as much things to sell as i do.

So if anybody complained regarding my selling please adress your problems here and state who you are, i want to know if this was a bogus accusation.

Well, i thought i would throw out my two cents because this is bullshit. So much for 801 being the "free" forum.

I for one am not coming back to this forum as well, and i will cease my countless number of referals here regarding 801 as being a good local forum.

🙄 Run your website how you please, I for one am not coming back.

Double U Teee Efff 801

i totally agree with fez on this. That is total bull shit telling some one they can not sell their gear on a Buy/Sell/Trade forums. Isnt that what it is for....to buy, sell and trade your gear? I see a lot of people selling several items and are they getting banned from selling their gear. how can u limit someone from selling their gear just because he has a lot of stuff to sell?? He is a kid....a very cute little kid and not a store so 801 could explain to everyone why he is not allowed to sell his gear that would be great.

This is what I sent to Fez...

"Dude, Where do you get all your shit? You sell quite a bit of stuff on here as "your" equipment and I'm starting to hear complaints from the casual sellers who really are selling their own stuff.

The For Sale section is for people to sell a few things that they want to get rid of, not to be used as a store. No one would like it if Pegleg, Millennium, or any other shops got on here and listed their whole inventory. You have to tone it down a bit my friend.

If you can justify your sales better than using the forum as a part time job then that's fine, but let me know what's up."

Did I attack him? Way to start some unnecessary drama. And I'm glad Morphine thinks you're "very cute".

was there any rules stating how much a person can sell on the b/s/t forums though? how can u tell some one to stop selling their stuff? Yes fez gets a lot of gear and just because these "casual sellers" dont have as good as stuff as he does or as much stuff he gets punished for that? All this stuff is his equipment he bought it, and it is all sitting at his house or in his gear bag...so its all his equipment so why should he tone it down?

Maybe the forum rules need to be posted in each section....As it stands now, there are no rules posted governing what can and can not be listed or sold in the BST forum, so I don't see where any rules have been broken.

I think some clarification from the Administrators is in order.

Well, if we need rules we can write em'.

Rule #1: This isn't eBay, don't buy a bunch of stuff and sell it like it's your job. If you want to start your own website and have it linked here then that's all good, but the B/S/T forum is so players can sell their old gear so that they can buy something new, or trade for something else. We don't allow the shops to list their inventories for sale on the website, so you shouldn't list yours if you're running one out of your living room.

why?? see to me this makes no sense thats why there is a bst i thought
so you can buy sell or trade paintball gear some people cant really afford brand new stuff at retail price so i say let anybody sell as much as they want to
fez shouldnt be banned (or anybody that sells "too much") for that matter

who's banning anyone? There's no fucking ban people!! I am saying that listing 50 items at a time is not selling your gear, it's selling like you're a store and we don't let stores list their inventory, so why should others be allowed?

bigballers right. Sometimes we dont want to go buy brand new stuff for retail price so we check the forums to see what deals we can find. Fez can get us good deals and is helping the utah paintball communtiy....isnt that what 801 is designed to help utah's paintballers?
