If you want to start your own website and have it linked here then that's all good, but the B/S/T forum is so players can sell their old gear so that they can buy something new, or trade for something else. And it's not just used stuff he is selling anyway, so that isn't a valid argument. Terms like "New In Box" and pictures of stuff still in the plastic isn't used.

Ok I'm going to throw my hat into the ring for a second. Now I can see this from both sides. In one aspect Neil is right that a store should not be allowed to sell their inventory on a b/s/t forum section without some kind of limitations in place, but then what do you classify as a "store". To me a store is a place of business that someone can go and view the products and they have a proper business license to do so. Fez on the other had is just a kid trying to make it by picking up items at great deals and re-selling them to make money, and give people here in Utah the best deals. Fez is not a business owner like other shops (addicts, pegleg, millennium, etc.), he has no license or a shop that people can come visit. So with that aspect I dont think that there should be any kind of limitations on how much fez puts up in the b/s/t forum. Now if he say had a business license then I would agree with Neil that he shouldnt be putting up his "gear" for sell. But until that time I dont see any kind of infraction that is being made.

Again I just wanted to throw in my hat and now that I'm done I will just step into the ring and remove my hat!

i love 801 but I personally vote for fez to be able to sell his stuff. and also i vote fez makes a cool forum site were anything goes even selling old people. just a thought

I would like to know where fez gets all his stuff? I do alot of selling on ebay... But I personaly thought the B/T/S was just for personal gear new or used items that just didn't fit in that gear bag or where really bad gifts. to me it seems that fez is running a little online store here and I know it was stated in another thread that he is allowed to set up a corner at addicts to collect his owed money from those that wish to buy from him. This means that he is operating as a store if mom and the other owners of addicts allow him to operate from in side their field.

But hey Fez if neil still won't allow you to sell here. I hear that there are a ton of paintballers over at utahpaintball.com or maybe you can go flood the new velocity forum. I am sure that those guys would like to have you selling all your stuff on there. you should ask them.
