Thanks,

Pre-Rookie is planned for Friday evening aprox 5-8pm.
Pre-Rookie finals will be integrated with the Rookie / Nov finals on Saturday aprox 4pm.

Open Practice will depend on weather cooperation, we will start setup on Wednesday and if things go well then at least one field should be operational by Thursday evening. However this late in the year I am very concerned about weather, specifically the wind. If there looks to be wind problems we have to leave the netting down until just before games on Friday.

Every event the wind has been a problem to some degree, it takes some luck to even be able to finish setup, hopefully the wind will cooperate.

helping out won't be a problem for a few of us on wednsday evening and thrusday. would it help any to have some pre filled sand bags to use around the base of the netting? I am sure I can round up a bundle or two and bring down.

sandbags wont really help, the main problem is the wind bending the poles, not just blowing them over. if you need help reffing for the pre-rookie event our team will probably be able to help.

I can't control the poles from bending there superman. But at the last event it was brought up to stop for the wind gusts because the base of the netting was blowing up. that is what I am asking about.

❓ Pre-rookie event

Just wondering if the pre-rookie event is still on for Friday the 23rd??? Also wondering if they are still going with the same schedule as announced earlier. ( Starting on the 23rd at around 5 ) finishing up the finals around 4pm on Sat. Also a current team listing would be nice and how many teams are going to be allowed in the pre-rookie division also.
Thanks
