My team's name is Mercenaries, there are 4 players. 2 of the players are my neighbors, but I'm not sure they are really committed to playing. I know time is getting short for registering teams. So like I said in my earlier note, if we cant find a 5th player real soon, I'm going to bag my team and my son and I could join yours.

I dont know how you feel about playing with a bunch of 16 year olds, i would probably feel a little awkward on a team with somebody that is older than me. You being a dad and all, probably have a well paying job, and in as much probably have much better gear than us. But if your cool with that, im cool with that.

two of us own spyders, and i dont care what people say about them. thats what i can afford. its not about the gun, its about the welt the gun can leave.

I think it would be awsome to finally get people on my team. As long as every body feels okay with the age gap. Im cool with it. I personally think its rad that you play on a team with your son. There just cant be any authority clashes.

I have no problem playing with younger players. Infact it's really fun when I here someone say "I can't beleave I got shot out by that old dude". A quote my son heard a guy say at Paintball Planet at one of our last outings. If you'er the team captain, no problems with taking orders. My son has a Diablo Mongoose LCD with a Halo TSA loader, HPA and 2+3 pod pack. I have a Spyder too, I love it, that's why my nickname is Spyderman. I have spent hours on the net looking up mods just for Spyders. I also have a mechanical autococker clone made by Odyssey. I'm getting HPA really soon, run a Ricochet Apache loader, and have a 3+4 pod pack.

ok. i talked it over with the team. they still find it a little awkward, they just dont like the whole age gap. I think its cool though. So ive been talking it over with them. Im really tryin to convince them though, you and your son seem cool, spyder allies. dont give up on me. im pretty sure and can convince them that its all good. Personely i think it puts a really possitive look into this great sport of ours.

Are you guys planning on going to the 3 man tourney at Adrenaland this Saturday? We're going to go to watch for a couple hours. If you are, we could meet there. I'm also going there to meet a guy who is amiture ranked in the XSPL. We've been talking and he said he'd be happy to practice with my team (which doesn't seem to be happening). I tried to get him on my team but because of his ranking he can't play in the rookie division. If it was cool with the rest of your team (how many players do you have now ?) for us to join, I could ask him to coach your team if that was okay with the rest of your team.
