3rd UXPL was a good event

Good games and great teams. Loved the event, it ran smooth and consistent all day. Good job to Ugly Stick they did good.

I found it funny that one of our players was pulled for giving an opponent a pat on the back after bunkering him in the neck. Our player was then pulled. I guess there are rules against touching opposing players but isn't this a good show of sportsmanship and yet we get yelled at and pulled for it...Oh well, we still thought it was cool 🙂

Glad we could finally cap a win. Greatly looking forward to next event.

And we'd like to thank team Tsunami for calling us cheaters. Everyone knows the paint was bouncing all day long.

edit: fixed

The event was excellent! Thanks to all the teams, refs, and coordinators for making it what it was. I had a great time and the competition was tough!

Yes, the paint (Proball) was very bouncy, we were throwing it as high as we could onto the sidewalk and it would only break sometimes. Also, I didn't give him a high five, I patted him on the back and apologized for hitting him in the neck. Chivalry is dead I guess.

Yea Hot Weather = Bouncy paint especially for a harder shell like Proball.

Next time, wait till after the game and off the field.

psh we know it's a penalty I could really care less if my player was pulled we just found it slightly ironic for my player to get yelled at for good sportsmanship. Picky picky...

^^^And I think he means wait till after the game to condole the other team not assess a penalty...

The Proball was WAY bouncy. Basic can attest to all the bounces went in their favor in our game. From what I saw all the teams we played were straight up and the reffing was better than ever. Some times the bounces are in your favor and some times they are not.

Thanks to all the teams and a BIG thanks to Allen.

I found it funny ...
That's why he brought it up. No need to be so serious all the time. There are rules against it so it wasn't a bad call but it just seems, to me at least and others, like they would be for situations involving conflict, not sportmanship. It obviously wasn't a big deal since it didn't cause us to lose the game and points didn't matter.
