There is lots of Hand Held Cam footage and you could offer a cheap service for teams a few might take you up on it but IMO unless the filming is professional very few teams will pay much when they can do it themselves.

Then as I said if you do it professionaly its just too expensive for them..
Hence thats why there is no Professional Videos for Local events.
