ICD B2K4 Standard

I just recieved my ICD B2K4 yesterday. I was more impressed out of the box with this than my BKO. Before even airing it up I disasembled the gun / cleaned and relubed using slick honey. I was + / - 5 to 8 on the chrono with brand new regs - only about 1200 in my air tank so I didnt have enough to break them in.

Overall the gun looks & feels great. But I have now boxed it up and its ready to be sent to Vaporworks and I'll add to my review once I get it back. I'm having vapor mods, chaos chip & PDS installed.

I have seen these guns on PBnation numerous times for sale from individuals that won them from tournaments. I got mine for just over $300 which is a great price. For the money you cant really get better even at retail prices.

Hey where did you get your slick honey. I've heard that slick honey is some of the best lube out there. Plus you'll have to let us know how it works once its back.

Slick Honey

I buy my slick honey from a guy on pbnation here is the URL to his post.

Click Here to Buy Slick Honey

He's fast & reliable - little bit goes a long way. No need to buy a huge jar for $30 bucks when you can get these small containers..

I thought I would bring up this old post just to give my two cents about the B2K.

I have one and up until I put the vapor parts in this marker was nothing but problems. it had way to much blow back the marker chopped like mad even with a reloader B on it.

If you get your hands on one of these or any ICD marker and plan on useing it. Spend the extra money send it to vaporworks or buy the upgrade parts and put them in yourself. this will save you aton of time trying sto figure out the why's. another big problem they have is the solenoid leaking. I had this happen on both the b2k's I bought. on a BKO I just bought the last owner thought they could self install some quick disconnect from the board to the solenoid. when I pulled the marker apart for cleaning the wires fell off the solienoid. looking at over 100.00 in repairs to get a 80.00 marker back up to par.

over all... I love my ICD markers but I wouldn't recamend them to anyone at this point and I still havn't seen the promaster in use to say anything about them good or bad.
