paintball didn't just shoot yourself in the hand. You did, stupid. What you said is like saying guns are evil because they kill people. people kill people. Guns are just an easy way of doing it.

Of course paintball hurts!! You are temtping fate and luck everytime you play. You may get shot you may not. If you suck, you get shot a lot more. It really is a good motiviator to become a better player.

that is why any organized paintball facility or program makes you sign waivers stating the fact that you know this sport is dangerous but you accept it and are willing to deal with it.

As for clubs, Aminstrators need to see the positive sides to paintball. Gun Control, an avenue to channel stress and social problems, team building, excersise (except for the fat lazy back player) I am not implying nor suggesting that all back players are lazy!!!!! Not to mention a possible fundraising avenue and a way to allow kids an alternitive sport.

The Lacross model is an excellent one. What approval process is required for LaCrosse or Hockey team to exist. That is what we need to follow.

Our school sucks wang. . . my friend tried to make a paintball club for 2 years in high school. . . its not happening. I wish it was but all our principal cares about is the wrestlers (men on men . . . makes you wonder haha) and football. . . he doesnt give a crap about anyone else.

He wasn't implying anything...it's kind of given! man on man tell one finally get's on top of the other, no one has to imply the gayness of the sport.

I've been trying to get Bingham High to start a paintball club, but it's difficult. I still think it is worth it and evintually it will happen.

I'm sure I could get a club started here at Box Elder, Last year we had a tourney for boys week at somones little field. The only problem is I know of 2 people (including me) that are intrested in speedball type play, everyone else is addicted to forest ball.

Baseball............BATS!!!!!!......Balls!!!!!!! VIOLENCE!!!!!.......Someone two weeks ago (end of august) got killed playing baseball........Line Drive into the kids neck!!!!!!!!! EVIL!!!!!!! sport should be banned!!!!!!

More sports other then paintball cause death, injuries, etc...

I was once told there are more injuries in bowling then in p aintball.

obviously schools saction football cus they can make money doing so. entry fee to watch the game and then they make a killing on selling drinks and candy and food. But when Johny the quarter back gets sacked 10 times in a game, a concussion and a broken leg....ah its just part of the game......

Bowling is correct I have extracts from the SGMA data on my website if you ever need it. Injury Charts and data.

The incedent last week with the High School kid KILLED by a line drive to the neck is a good local example. There is no cries for Banning baseball or prohibition of baseball shirts.

Its a perception that we have to fight against. Use the injury data in High school projects, talk to your administrators about your sport, show them the DVD's of tournament paintball.
