you know whats wrong these days is people that are making others live they way they think is right. they way one person thinks is not the way another thinks. and the thing that is wrong is the people that force there beliefs on others. dont get me wrong i dont think porn should be were kids can see it. but i dont have the right to tell others they need to hide it from my kids. but i do have the right to teach my kids my beliefs.

Whats making it right these days. 50 years ago alot of things of today were wrong , and everyone knew it. Now days its just called "common, or it's their thoughts. so it makes it ok."

Krispy is right. Look at what women are wearing, what shows are on TV and the movies. heck 50 years ago any swear word in a movie made the movie taboo and "evil." Now you can't find a movie outside of Disney that doesn't have at least one.

As for the issue at hand. America is free and people have their choice to do what they want within the confines of law without consequences. If someone wants to watch porn let them, but do it in your home! I don't care if people smoke, but I do care if I am affected by the second hand smoke. So smoke in your home or in a designated area! It is about common sense, ask yourself this, if you have or had kids would you want them to see that stuff??

I have done some research and found out that what the person did by watching porn in the car on a screen (be it plasma, LCD, etc.) is not technically illegal but is frowned upon. It was the person's decision to watch that in his car. A decision given to him by our BILL OF RIGHTS which we all live by. The only recourse you have is to turn away from it and not watch.

Are you sure their is no law aginst it? Last time i check i can't walk down the street naked becasuse it is inapropret. Just a thought but wouldn't this fall somwhere under that same law?

For those who dont know before my life in paintball I was the Alpine Car Audio Rep for Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. I personally have a 17" Wide screen in my vehicle and an XBox.

1) Kevin (one Calorie) is right Video is not allowed in the Front seat it is considered a driver distraction in most cities in Utah. He is also right that people commonly install it in the front seat anyway and bypass the safety system in the video systems. For Rear Seat commonly called RSE there is currently no restrictions.

2) I am not a legal expert on public displays of nudity but I would think there should be some way to prevent a public display of Porn.

Rambling:
BJ I have a copy of the Bill of Rights could you direct me to what part of it expressly states that a public display of pornography was guarenteed by Jefferson and Madison when they wrote the Bill of Rights ??? 😉

I have no problem with someone watching Porn at home or in their Vehicle but when you hoist it up for everyone else to see thats another matter IMHO.

Rights are not unlimited and all rights come with responsibities. Its the responsibility part that most people seem to ignore.

IMO this guy has a "Right" to watch Porn but he also has a "Responsibility" not to display it to everyone around him..

we can see how pathetic and lack of responsibilty people have....

Go to a jr high or high school cafateria.....No one seems to know how to clean up after themselves

....play paintball at squaw peak.....thanks to some people its kept somewhat clean....

buy hot coffee from mcdonalds. its your right to be able to drink it you may say. and know its hot. but how could someone that spill it on em actually win a lawsuit for millions cus they spilled it on themselves.....gay gay gay.....

..people take the laws and rules and regulations and twist them way out proportion in many ways and cases.
