Legal Help Needed.
Hey everybody.


So some people decided to be Assholes and not pay me what they owe me. One individual owes me $300.

And the bastard that Owes me $300 (He also owes many poeple money, Addicts being one of them, and Dave Jones being another), has flat out told me that he is not goign to pay me even though he owes me the money. Long Story short, It was my mistake in the begininng. Before huntington beach, I recieved this Matrix, and i figured since he was a friend and played for the novice team i would help him out, being the nice guy i am. So he comes to my house and says he left the money at his house but he garuntees me he will pay me when i come back that monday from Huntington beach. Then he starts making false stories with all this bullshit and continues to say he will pay me but some kid owes him money. During this time period he took this girl i know to prom and spent over $500 dollars on it. Not to mention all the gifts and jewelry he tried to win her over with. In the end she dumped him because he was a Doosh Bag. So now, (11 Weeks later) He has told me that he is not going to pay me my money, and I can go rigth ahead and try to take legal action since there are no documents he cant be touched. However He has a Pm6 at his house which to my understanding owes money to Addicts for it. And Now he is telling me he has bills to pay and doesnt have money to pay me or paintball.

I am sorry if this seems like some bullshit personal issues, but This is alot of money for a 16 year old to lose, especially after being scammed $922 last summer of some other paintball gera i purchased...but never recieved.

Please, if anybody can help me i will reimburse them with gear/my friendship/Money.

I agree fully with Derek. fez I have ran off at the mouth about you in the past and some of the ways you do things. But none the less no one person should be ripped off by someone that calls you friend. shoot us a name and if you can't take legal action then maybe we can take some physical action.

What are their ages? You may be able to take them to small claims court. There is a $75 filling fee for each claim. Also, if you won the court would grant you a judgment meaning that you could only get money from them. The court could not force them to give you something or anyother type of specific performance. Let me know if I can help you out any more.

Alright. Lets let calmer heads prevail. No physical action should be taken by anyone. Knowing derek as I do, it was an off cuff remark. Not meant to be taken literaly. Fez is asking us, the paintball community. For advice in the situation. I know both parties. There will be a solution. If that be Legal or gentelmanly. It will happen.

So lets stick to opinions and offer advice or help. But not retrobutional violence.

even if there isn't anything in writing you could still take him to small claims, if the judge believes you he can still make a judgement. Try emailing the guy and get him to say something in his email about not paying, then you'll have some info in writing. And that's pretty low of the guy to refuse to pay you
