Thanks for advice And im looking into things right now. I made this thread for help...so making a post that has no advice and just says "Lets get his money, free up." or comments that try to be humorous dont help.

Your right, however he did not say how much he owed me, etc.

His exact words were, "after that comment you really are never going to see a dime out of me.."

All i said was "Thanks for being a douche bag and screwing over one of your friends."

So i dont think that will hold up, but that is a really good idea. Thanks Rossl.

I think i will send a messege which kind of explains the story and asking him why he fucked me over...Then in his response that would be direct acknowledgement of the situation so then i think small claims would work

that might work, I would do that. Anything you can do to strengthen your case is a good thing!
