may 13th event

[Pale Rider]

Thank you for the thank yous . It's good to know we did ok. After being a ref for 2 UXPL events, I have a new respect for anyone who puts on the zebra shirt at any event.

What I can't figure out is why anyone would do what the refs did
yesterday. LOL

it's a great diet progam, I drank about 3 gallons of liquid and still lost 8 pounds. 🙂

There is nothing quite as fun as running throught 3 lanes of paint to check a player and not get a hit....only to relize you have to make the return trip. 😁

.....had a good day....see you all next time. 😉

lol, funny story about 3 lans and corner reffing

i had to sub ref right corner on filed 2, back center was hit, asked for a check, so i run through 3 lanes, superman in, BOOM headshot, take a head, shuolder, and butt shot. realize i have to run back. make it back to the corner safe, and than BAM! nut shot.. i was sooo bitter. i still had a great time reffing though, i feel happy for helping people and all the positive responses make us feel like we are appreciated greatly and in turn makes us more willing to ref more events.

It was a way fun Tourny! Thanks to Cory, Allen, Nathaniel, and gang. You all did a good job. Reffing was done pretty well, and I am confident that it will only get better through the series.

Thank you also to all the teams there, you all played well. I think I can speak for many many people and say that it was a really fun event, and I am looking forward to the rest of the series.

...Now if there were just a few more D4 teams! C'mon boy's step up.
