reffing was great!! At the first of the tourney, the refs were trying to hard to be so harsh, but towards the end the lightened up and it was great!! No one should be complaining. I had some bad calls, but it will always happen. Smoothly ran event, A+

Allen and the rest of the staff includeing the reffs worked hard all day to make it a great event. I am really glad we have a well ran tourny here in Utah that young and experinced players alike can get together for great paintball. I would personally like to thank the reffing staff for all their hard work today.

We appreciate all of your comments and critacizm and we will do the best that we can to continue the level of judication, but more importantly improve for our sake and yours... We want to provide the cleanest league in the region and any comments will be building blocks to our sucess...remember we do this because we love paintball too!

I agree with Jordan, the first three games we were uptight and consirned about what might happen. Once everone settled into the tourney everything went very well. When a questionable call was made the reffs were willing to talk about them, there was no yelling, at least towards any of my guys. I compliment everyone on a very well ran event. There were some young reffs that this was there first time. In life there are a lot of first times everyone knows it hard to step up and pull the arm band on someone that is twice your size but it didn't stop these young men. They were very professional.
I entered a very young team this time we had 3 young gunz, 1 xpsl rookie, 1 local rookie, and 1 beginner. I want to tell all them i'm very proud of how they played together and thank all of the other teams for being such good sports.
Hopefully next UXPL we will ALSO have our regular XPSL D-5 team and maybe a D-4 team too.
Allen great event you should be proud, even a broken compressor did stop the event!

i thought that the refing on feild one was great and nobody should give them any crap cause they did a great job and made calls that needed to be made

I am glad that people were pleased with our reffing. Not once did we have anyone get out of line on field one. Everyone played and acted in an appropriate manner. Thank you to the players for seeking out the head ref if you had a concern. Not yelling and screaming at everyone in earshot.

reffing is tough enough when you dont have people yelling at you. But when you compound it... well, we are all human.

As for the guy who said the call was terrible. If you are basing the entire tournament on one call. Well then you must not have played or done as well as you thought you should have. I am sorry you had a difference with the call. But it was made by the ref on the field that felt it was appropriate. I am sorry you disagree, but it was made.

I agree with everyone the refs where great and will to work with the teams i couldn't get my guns speed down so i had to go in without a gun and the refs gave me and extra minute go find one so i could play in one of our games. well done UXPL!
