I'm guessing, because WDP advertises their products a lot. I mean all the mags I read I see many different angel adds.
My opinion is angel is the best. I shot angel and I won't switch (I've tried many other guns).

because most people in utah start playing paintball up at planet and they talk to nathaniel and you know him his like the angel god. Not that angels are a bad gun but you know newbies they'll pretty much believe anything.

my oppinion on it is that a few years back, angels were known as the best gun, plus with what Gold 06 Speed had to say, WDP does a lot of marketing I mean sponsoring the NPPl last year(so did Tippmann lol). I've had people ask me if my Matrix was an Angel, they don't know anything about what they are talking about and so it's kinda funny.

Here is the official list of reasons that new players think that the Angel is the best.....IMO

1.Price, new players think, regardless of playing style think that the most expensive guns are often the best, and will make them paintball GODS. this is untrue, some of the best players I have seen were shooting Old school markers; in other words, experience counts--big time! I have been playing paintball for seven years, and I still consider myself a NoObIe:D

2.what they see in magazine adds--although I have seen a shift towards Milism and woodsball.

3.they are shiny.😲

I used to be one of those noobie guys thinking angels were amazing beyond all reason. The first and foremost reason was because besides Tippmanns and spyders, I hadn't heard of any other guns when I first was interested in paintball (a few years ago). And the Angel killed these guns. Another was the price, if it's that expensive it has to be good. After I bought my first paintball marker (a VL Orion from walmart woohoo) I started researching the sport and decided I wanted to play tournaments, and eventually came to the conclusion that Angels were not necessarily the best marker out there. I have shot most high end markers and I beleive that the "best" gun is purely preference, and also dependant on region. Certain regions of the country seem to prefer one high end over another and that is considered the 'best' by most. That being said, I own an Angel and love it. 😁

Well said BGR!!!!!

I also owned a Angel (Speed 5). In fact BGR played with it to detroy a few players...LOL!!!

Shot well, however...with that said I don't own it anymore...due to the resale value and maintenance.

Alias and Ego Owner for life...Ion's not bad at all...actually they are best for the price and multitude of ups for all styles of play.

Sooo good...I had to get one!!

Out
