Pump Tournament

Hey everyone. We are putting on a pump gun tourny February 25th at the pick up field in Provo. BYOP, no entry fees and all pumps- so pretty much 100% free. Space is limited to 16 teams of 5 people each so if you are interested get your teams together ASAP and pre-register them by sending all of the players info to . The games will be 8 minute long center flag games and it will be a simple bracket tourny. So if any of you are interested visit our site at Scenario Junkies for more info and directions. If you have any questions email us. Later folks, Chad.

Prizes..... There could always be team donations to a pot and the top three teams win a proportional winning package prize.

Just an idea

Since this is a free tounament we dont have a budget to work with. However we are getting small sponserships from a few local companies so we will have small prizes. I am not sure what they will be yet (money, paint, gear, etc.) but we will see as we get the sponserships in. It also depends on how many teams we can get to play as well. Obviously the more thems means the more money we will have to work with.

Here is an idea:

Make it a $25 entry fee/team, thats $5 a person and put It all in a pot to the first place team. If you get 16 teams out that is $400, pretty big pot to win if you only pay $5 to play.

We would love to charge a small entry fee to go to prizes but for us that would be illegal. To charge any money a company must have a business license and insurance to make any transaction legit. Scenario Junkies is just a small group formed by me and a few other college kids and isnt near big enough to afford and maintain a business license and insurance. However things like donations and sponsors are ok, so if any team wanted to donate some money we could have a big pot for the winner.

Ya we will probably throw out a 5 buck per person donation box and then just have a nice pot for the winner. Oh and just pumps- no mechs although we thought about doing just a mech tourny.
