The upper portion of the Jungle is clear. We will do one more spring application with a suppressant on the upper area. The lower jungle area is still being worked on. We are going to do some build up of dirt on the So. East section to prevent any spring runoff of water. No water, no Ivy!
The island will receive an application as well for weed control. We have to be careful with the weed controls so as not to kill every thing off.
Rabbit holes need to watched by the players and Ivy sightings reported to me. We have eliminated about 75% of the Ivy in the main playing areas. There is no Ivy in the East portion of Velocity, the Riverside areas, never has been.

The back side of the jungle is O so vary fun to play. I really hope we can keep the ivy down. I would think that it would be relatively safe to play on when the Velocity season opens.
