New player on the way...

Varal · 11-08-2005, 09:42 PM

I am not necessarily a new player to the game of paintball. I have been playing for a year and a half now. But...I just learned today that I will be moving to Utah next Summer and a friend of mine (da1unvee) told me about this forum. So...I thought that I would drop by and say "Hello".

Hopefully I will meet some good ballers out there in Utah. I currently live in Texas and play tourney ball. I am a Mid/Back player and have played in several tournaments (even placed in a few of them).

Anyway...just stopped by to say, "Hey". Guess I will see some of you next Summer.

Thanks for replying for me, Bruda. I also appreciate the compliment.

Yeah...we played X Factor and Misfits last weekend. It was cool. We blew up Misfits, though. I was a little surprised at this. Complete Chaos is the shizznit now. They let me, Brent, Keith, and little Alex play with them. Weekend before that we played against Bad Kitty a lot. I was playing as our backer and got blew up a lot because all my other teammates were gone and they converged on me a few times. Have a few nice welts still from that weekend. No worries...I gave as well as I got.

Chaos is thinking about playing X Ball next season and will be looking to pick up a few players. Hopefully, they will let me play with them until I leave here. If they don't let me play on the team...hopefully they will let me practice with them still.

Oh yeah...Kekoa...I have your X Factor shirt. Did you want it signed by anyone? If not, I can put in the mail in a couple days. I asked Todd Morrow and Dixon Yang for one of their jerseys. Todd said No because he knows that Alex won't give him a new one. Dixon said he would have given it to me, but he already gave it away. I also have Dixon's personal e-mail address and he said that if you need anything to let him know. I talked with him last time I went into Maximum Paintball. He also gave me the X Factor website: http://www.xfactorteam.com. Dixon also said that they are going to come out with more merchandise. I will let you know what's up and what it is.

Looking forward to playing paintball in Utah....but right now it is snowboarding season, right? That is going to be cool to learn to do as well. You guys have fun snowboarding.

HOLLA!!!

Varal · 01-02-2006, 04:23 PM

Thanks. Will probably need a little luck. You know how moves are. Am thinking that all my paintball gear will be in the car with me for the trip, though.

Maybe we will meet when I get there this Summer (Dang...it is THIS Summer now since it is 2006....WOW).
