Your math is right so make sure you get that extra paint. This is likely my last .02 cents in this thread, but wait keep lookin in the smack talk forum tomorrow 😎 . I'll explain in detail with pics. I was going to wait till tomorow to come out with anything, but you wanted to know what crap I was talkin about.

Go addicts, pegleg, velocity Woo HOO

What can I say I don't like cheaters 🙂

the facts as I saw them.

Ok, lets establish a few things first. I saw the first event. The supposed "overshooting" by the ballistic rookie. What I saw was kevin get hit. Turn to walk out. In doing so, however. He walked THROUGH, yes Through a stream. It wasnt an intentional overshoot. Kevin walked through a stream that had been laid towards a back player. I understand how you can be upset at this. But kevin is a store owner. No matter what the situation, There is NO CALL for the behaviour. And those of you that were present last weekend at UXPL. Saw a similar incident that happened when Kevin was bunkered. He turned and shot Oberg in the face while he was walking back to the dead box. His excuse then was also "overshooting". That one I saw. He was hit 3 times in the pack and 2 times in the back. What he did in both cases was extemporaneous. And done with no fore thought. He should be setting examples not being the subject of conjecture.

Kevin cannot control his son on the field. What Nick did was not just wrong. But heinous. Whether or not kevin told him to do it, <I was one of the people who heard it> is academic. It was done. I did not however see the shooting. I call it that because it was malicious and thought out.

The established facts here however are elusive. HEADACHE did get a last box from kevin. But this was after they bought 4 boxes prior. And were given donated paint from many sources. That is true. Headache did pay for 15 cases of the premium. When it wasnt available. Evil was purchased. They got 11 cases. 65x11=715. Somewhere 110 dollars disappeared. That is true. Kevin did act like a child in the incident that got him booted. That is also true. What he meant to Nick is open to speculation. How Nick recieved and acted on the order was completly on him.

Kevin says alot of things. He is a poor sport. But he is human. I personaly feel <My opinion, not slander> That kevin has anger managment problems. He should address these. A loss in the paintball community of Utah will be felt by any field, store or even team. By The loss of even a smaller store. But, and this is a big but, If their behaviour persists. People wont frequent Ballistic and they wont survive.

Oh, One last thing. HEADACHE won that tournament. With a man down and 2 of the youngest rookies playing. They deserve a huge congratulation from the entire paintball community. their is no reason they should have won. But they made up, in heart, what the lacked in a player. You guys wallow in this glory. You deserve it and all that comes with it. congratulation HEADACHE, Ant, LT <little Tucker> And Tommy. You played clean, hard and with drive. congrats.

I wasn't there on Saturday so I can't have a arguable thought as to what happend. All I have heard is hear say from many people. In the trust department I would have to take their word over yours. As you openly admit to cheating at the UXPL. Headake is a very fair and honest playing team. We go out for fun and love the sport.

Woo HA

That should be the last .02 on this topic from me in the open forums. If you want to chat pm me and I'll pass it on to the team, because Spencer and me are the only ones on the forums.
Your math is wrong we had 760.00 for paint and dont forget to factor in the late fee for registering late. As for the uxpl yes I spun on ryan and hit him in the mask, it is normal to spin when you are getting shot. I did not loose the game for them I didnt even know he was called out until later. The player I was shooting at played on that is why they lost the game.

Yes and no the player you were shooting at played on so there for a 1 for 1 could have been called. They had 3 guys left but you spun on ryan and ryan was called out so a 1 for 1 was called so it was a stalemate

Kevin, This is a complete falsehood. I saw the game. Alot of people did. You got hit. STOOD UP. Then turned and fired. That wasnt a spin. That was dirty paintball.

This is beside the fact. You are a business owner. You need to set examples. You need to be a guide and a protector of the sport. Without it, you are out of business. Spinning, wiping, playing on. They all happen. But your skin needs to be thicker. You often speak of other teams cheating. And get mad when it happens to your team. But condone it for your team.

Be a man, be a father and be a coach. And take the high road. Their are enough people dragging the sport down. We definatly dont need a shop owner leading the charge!
