What field was you on? I played as well and I know there was more then that. Heck, I got approched by at least that many refs when I walked on the field. One to chrono, one to hand the team the armbands and another that checked us for bounce.

Why don't you ask if you can help ref next time if this is all so easily seen for you. I am sure they need help and someone to make a call and stand by the call even if it might have been a bad call.

I will stop there about calls. Some of you know that this could open a can of beans and get out of hand due to the saying: "Stand by the call you make."

I am sorry but I hear all these complaints about reffing but yet no one offers to help. They just want to play and then whine how if this ref would have made this call then I could have done this and blah blah blah. It happens and deal with it.

Any ways my ten cents cause my two cents wasn't enough.

Refs you all did a great job. Without you we couldn't do what we so enjoy doing. Heck with out you we would just have to change the field into a boxing ring cause of everyone whinning. Again thanks for everything.

thanks for saying what i was about to say krow, except i wasnt going to say it nearly as nice. i agree with you, the refs did a terrific job, and dark, your nothing but a hypocrite. you are the one that says stop complaining and just play paintball, but here you are complaining about the refs. shut up. i didnt see you out there running through lanes, putting up with crap, and putting up with whiny idiots such as yourself.

They can't catch everyting. They were watching the front guys especially well and taking a lot of hits in the process. I totally respect how they reffed the tourney.

Many times a player will take several hits, especially off the break, but no paint will break on the player...and you feel cheated because you "shot that mutha" and he didn't go out...that's not playing on.

I took three shots (from nich with Ballistic), with no breaks, on the arm right in front of a ref. Nich and I talked about how he had me dead to rights and somehow I slipped his grasp.

We did lose a close game against a great team where we felt a player played on...but it was my own fault for not shooting him more to make it easy for the refs. Next time i'll get him,

If a team loses and they think it's because one person played on, then they need to start re thinking their, as president Bush would say, STRA-TE-GER-RY. It's poor planning and poor sportsmanship to blame the refs.

Now if a player wipes and obvious hit and a ref lets it slide, that's a different issue. I have not see that happen yet at a local event and I hope never to. Our refs here are above that.

i too saw alot of playing on from the sidelines but it is always easier to see from the sidelines for some reason...i also saw the ref wipe the obvious hit there were about 8 of us who saw that

If you are refering to the 4 on 1 game you lost. That would have been me. You never hit me. And I am sure alot of people from addicts could vouch for the fact that I dont cheat. Your team played shoddy that game. We lost 3 on break. One in a trade off. Then you moved poorly. You lost.

We have offered to ref they won't let Younger people do it. Dumb reason i believe we will do better. And yes Franky that was dumb when they wiped that hit of that kid on ballistic novice
