i thought the reffing was pretty good. whenever i called for a paint check the ref wouldnt hesitate to come over and look, but would never touch me, so it wouldnt interfere with my playing. they would also come over and check if they thought i was hit or something. they wouldnt be afraid to run through a lane, and would actually go check players if we yelled them out. it improved greatly since the last tournament, and if you think you can do such a better job then go ref for the next tourny.

the standings in rookie were
1st Redz Old School
2nd USU
3rd JT's Bruizers
4th The Crew

not sure about novice, and good job all teams that played.

Ballistic Novice

Thanks to all the teams that played it was a lot of fun. We enjoyed our games we played and hope to see as many teams that can come down to the practices held on Tuesday nights at the Provo Airport.

We run 5 man game scrimmages, drills and have fun.

the reffing

I thought the reffing was outstanding. The addict's tourney was the only one I have seen done better. But that is because there were more ref's there. Some teams bitched about everything. Claimed others were cheating and some yelled and made a fool out of themselves. But overall, fun was had by all. And just puting on that tourney has got to be a MONSTER undertaking. So I think we all owe alan and crew a big thanks.

We have about 27 min of video posted at our website we have one of my bro's games Headshot, and the rest are all just games USU played. I haven't tipped my hands off to the refs, I think they did an awesome job. You can't always see every hit, but they did the best they could. From our videos we found two obvious play ons. I"m not going to name any teams, but if you watch you can see them for yourselves. Once again thanks for another awesome tourney.

OUr website is www.utahstatepaintball.com it's under our forums and should be easy to find. I tried to link it, but it didn't work.

You make the choice. didnt get to play on field 2 much we had 1 game there and it didnt last long. So i dont know could of been bad there but Field 1 was AWESOME. Allen I swear that was the best refing Squad iv ever seen.

that is very well put. great job reffs. you guys were riding hard. ecspecially you guy next to the zipper lol. GREAT JOB!

from what i saw watching the reffs sucked, a kid on some team had a hopper hit and played the whole game with it....also a reff whiped an obvious hit off of a player, alot of playing on. They should put more reffs on the feild, what were there 3 on each feild?
