I just bought one for a tourny backup. For the price, they are an awesome deal. They are fast, electric, have an eye, and are a great deal. Don't take my word for it though, look at their reviews on PBreview.com You can buy one at Millennium in Layton right now, they have some in stock (that can change quickly though).

I can guarantee that Millennium has them in stock.
As for how are they? Well for the price they are great for what you get. They are electric and are able to shoot up to 17 balls a second. You will need to upgrade the trigger to be able to achieve that rate though. And Millennium has the CP triggers as well. The only thing that I have not been really impressed with on the Ion is the Reg itself. I would recommend getting a CP Reg before you even walk out the door to play with it. The stock reg is cheap and I have personally seen two mess up now. As I was saying though for the price of one and for what you get it is a pretty good little gun. The stock barrel isnβt that bad, the air efficiency is about normal. 600 β 800 rounds (5 β 6 140 round pods) for a 68/3000 tank and 1100 β 1300 (8 β 9 140 round pods) for a 68/4500 tank. There are a ton of modifications you can do and the possibilities are endless that I can see.

its an ok gun, the biggest thing that i think of as a detractor to it, is that you have to take the whole body off of it to do any maintenace on it. one of the guys on my team has one, he liked it but had tons of problems with the eyes and o rings. infact we had to play one man down in a tourny because the gun he was useing went down on him and he couldn't get the ion set up in time to play in that game. good gun until it breaks basicly, then its a nightmare.

We have sold a lot of Ions, and have had great reviews on them.
Nearly everyone who buys one from me almost immediately upgrades the trigger, the reg and the barrell, all to CP. If PB Addicts is closer for you, we have them in stock as well.

One warning For the most part the ION's have performed well and been durable considering thier price.
The one warning I will give to any ION owner is please be VERY carefull when you take it apart. The internal Banjo fittings can be easily broken if you fail to take it apart properly and carefully. Its not a Tippmann, never wrench on it hard or pry it apart. Other than the Banjo fittings the guns seem pretty solid. I do agree with the other posts here that it needs several upgrades to be a good marker. 1. Reg (CP's work great) 2. Trigger 3. Grip feed neck. I have all of those in stock if you are in Davis or Weber County come see us. Good Luck with your choice. .. __________________

hey i have one of these. i like it but like judd said its hard to maintain. i reccomend not lubing it if you dont play for a while because the lube will kinda get sticky but its basically the same for any other gun.
