Thats what I have been hearing from people who tried to go there Saturday that the Sheriff told them to leave or get ticketed...

Mile Marker OPEN

I just talked to the Sheiffs office today and they said that it's fine to play down there at the mile marker.

Which sherif did you talk to? Davis or Weber county? The milemarker is in Davis county (just barely), so make sure you contact them, and if possible, ask for that permision in writing.

There is always riverdale. The long walk tends to keep the a-holes out.

I talked to Davis County Sheriffs and they said it is Weber County so I called up Weber County Sheriffs and talked to the Sgt. and he said they AREN'T TICKETING and WE CAN PLAY THERE. He said only if it is marked private property we cant play. If you want to call yourself the phone # 629-8221 for Weber County Sheriff.
