there were a few bumps in the tourney. 3 glaring bumps were

1> if you are a ref <and I understand these guys were volunteers. But I ref'd college hockey a few years back and know what I speak of.> NEVER, NEVER, NEVER admit you made a wrong call. That is a private matter between you and the head ref. But a few people <THE CREW BEEF> got upset.

2> there was a few over shooting incidents. It cannot exactly be helped at times. But the players should have been gone.

3> there was a few incidents of paintball theft. That is low.

Overall, I and my team of true rookies. I think the only true rookies there <HAZARDOUS WASTE> had a good time. And thank you ref's, sponsors, But mostly players. For an enjoyable time.

I am glad i played Novice in this tourney because all the teams agreed to throw the 3 shot rule out the window

There was at least 2 incidence of gross overshooting. Both by the same team. there were a few more 4 shot hits. But one kid bunkered got hit 10 times. I think the cuplrit knows who he is. but the ref's let it go.

If you are refering to when I bunkered the last player on ballistic then what happend was all legal. Before the game Occult and Ballistic decided we would play full out, if one team got bonus balled then they wouldnt take the points and ballistic didnt take our points. The tournament was all for fun everyone got there points and what I did was legal for that game. Yes in one game I did overshoot someone without ilegaly so I was pulled. Thefore the ref's made a great call.

Anyways that is off the subject. I would like to thank all the teams that came down and most of all Adrenaland for putting on another great tournament. Also there were many great teams out there it was nice to see a college team out there, and it was sweet to watch hazordas waste come out and even though they didnt have the best players I would have to say they put in one of the best efforts out of all the teams.

2.trigeek I don't know what you mean by the only true rookies. sunogs were rookies we were rookies except for one nov which is legal, and I know most of the teams ther were true rookies.
3. great job occult I'm glad you won you were good sports about everything. just so you know we were not mad at you about anything.
4. what was up with overshooting. in the captains meeting they said we WILL PULL you if you shoot someone more then three times but never really enforced the rule.
5. the deal with the refs was so stupid and retarded I didn't even think it was possible. How in the hell can someone get 80 points for losing. we won the game the refs agreed on that and then all of a sudden they come out with scores and the winner and loser both got 80 points for the game. they said a ref was checking a player and another player from the opposite team didn't shoot him while being checked. our player wasn't called neutral he was fair game yet they got 80 points that bumped us out of the finals and the team that we beat twice in a row got in with our points. sorry if we caised delays in the tournament but if you were kicked out of the finals for a completely bs call im sure you'd fight for the spot that was yours too. again no hard feeling occult you guys were great sports and i don't blame you for anything.

sorry for the long post but I wanted to get the story out.

the Sunog team had some paint stolen.

As far as the rookie comment. I mearly meant that we had a combined experience in the game of about 3 months. So I meant that we were very new to the game. Although it was a rookie tourney, We were out of our league. We wont do that again. Looking for beginners tourney's now.
