try turning your reg down all the way then turn it up while you shoot over the chrono, your hpr might be putting to much pressure in

BKO Setting

The LPR should be set as low as possible and still allow the BKO to cycle properly.

The FPS is determined by the combination of the Main Reg and the LPR.

Set the Main reg around 300 psi, then adjust the LPR reg out. Start adjusting the LPR reg in, until the Speed is as high as it can get, then adjust the main Reg up or down as needed to get a final FPS.

If you are using CO2, a BKO will never work properly...

Call me if you need further help for want one of our technitions to work on it. 801-544-9844

edit: Paintgiver is right also. The LPR on older BKO's can get easily dirty, you need to be very carefull with the parts but cleaning and lubing with DOW33 or Slickhoney is a good practice for that type or problem.

Jordon,
The Manual is poorly worded and confusing on this issue. In fact I think its misleading. The manual says DONT touch the Main Reg.... and thats just plain wrong. You have to adjust the main reg and LPR together to get it to work.

The BKO LPR works quite differently than a Cocker LPR.
