Fill station

What all do you need to actually have a tank to fill compressed air tanks? I basically want to have a tank that I can transport in my truck to an event, etc... And can you fill LP and HP tanks? Where can you get this equipment and where can you fill the tanks in Utah?

All you need is the scuba tank and a fill station. The fill station is just an adapter that easily screws onto the top of the scuba tank and allows you to hook the paintball tank on to fill up. You can do either HP or LP doesn't matter. Anywhere that can fill a compressed air tank should be able to fill your scuba tank. I used to take mine to a local scuba shop. I bought my scuba tank from a scuba diver in town for around $60 and the fill station used for $30.

How big was your tank and about how many fills did you get off it? And forgive me if this is retarded, but I know I heard something about being able to use a air compressor or something. I have no idea.

My scuba tank was 3000 psi and my paintball tank was 68/4500. Usually I can get 2-2.5k psi fills and the scuba had enough air to last a couple months and like $7 to refill it. You can buy compressors but then you're talking in the thousands of dollars.

Yeah Im trying to find the best option. Im have some extra cash being in Iraq so I'm thinking about buying a Sup Air field (probably 5-7 man) and the netting to setup all around it, reballs for practice and the air is the last thing I need to get prices on. This way when I get out of the Army I can start a team with my brother and we can practice 7 days a week if we want.
