Here we go again. Someone has an issue they address and people jump all over them. NONE of you have taken more shit than I have as a ref. None of you. I was flamed after just about every event. As a ref though I always told my ref's that you have no friends on the field save for your fellow ref's. I backed up good and bad. But I realized that a person has a right to bitch. The player is your customer. He is allowed to complain. If they have an issue, address it and see if it has validity. Do not get on here and flame back. That does nothing but call your character into question. Rip is trying to run a great league. But I am sure he can do without a thread where his ref's come on and get all butt hurt because someone expressed a concern. Move past it and accept it. After this next XPS there will be complaining also. But as a ref you need thick skin.

Frank is right. On the field refs have no friends. You are player, I am ref. its that simple. If there are any concerns bring it up to myself, Brian, Craig or Chris. We will be happy to address any concerns you might have. Reffing can be a thankless job at times. However you have to move past that and still do your job. Just as frank said you have to have think skin. All of my refs have done a fanatisic job thus far. We have had some concerns and have addressed them. Not everyone is going to be happy, especially the people that are breaking the rules and not realising it.

why i said xps is beacuse we need more then 15 teams to keep it here and alive.not talking about the xps refs. and nppl refs i wasnt talking about you zach or even nick. nick you were awesome no worries there same with you to buddy zach most of the xps refs are fine. im thinking a lot further away nppl refs, like the some nppl refs going to cali and new york this year, utah paintball will allways stay the same (fun as hell butt at the same time a pain in the but) so i wasnt saying the xsp refs are bad or suckie i was talking more on the d2 and pro refs so dont take that the wrong way, i should of been a little more clear about that hahah sorry guys im just hearing about people refing cail events (basicly xpsl) and calling bad calls just to do it wether it be cuse ther friends be on the team or a worst rival be on that team i just know that utah paintball is better then that and we need to show it and we have but we need to keep doing that you know so dont flip out hahaha and jake e. you better not mess with people donw there in cali cuse now every one knows what im talking about so have fun and do the right thing down there..............................,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, z that was the peirods and com,, just in case i forgot any haahh love ya guys sorry if i hurt anyones feelings
