missed the field build up this saturday. had other plans. but anyone even play on that field?

Judging from the trash left on the field, it is still being used.

There are several initiatives that we are working on this year. First is a speedball tournament series in June, July, August, and September. Second is the creation of the "urban town" in the field north of the Woodsball field.

If all goes as planed we will be selling paint and air at the fields, along with a snack bar.

If people would stop shooting the porta potties we could get those back. Same goes for the dumpster. Unfortunately both companies are reluctant to set anything near the paintball field, since their assets got shot up last year.

Last Friday we moved the first of several CONEXE boxes out to the new urban town area. We will be cutting windows into these soon. If we build a few more bunkers between them and the Woodsball field we will end up with a much larger playing area.

All these improvements come at a price though. We are structuring ourselves after the rod and gun club. There will be membership dues and field usage fees. The annual membership fee is $35. Field usage fees are as follows:
  • Woodsball / Urban Town - Free for members and $5.00 for nonmembers.
  • Speedball - $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers.

it is on hill air force base. the woods ball field and the urban town are little bit north of the golf course. the airball field is just south of the golf course right next to the new east gate, on the grass that was going to be part of the executive course that they are no longer doing.

well as for buildiong the urban town i still have the rig that lets me use my naill gun off of my paintball tank. So buildup should be easier. i will try to get out there saturday after i get back from the Revolving field game. Is the HPA gonna do anything in the SPPL or any of the big upcoming Scenerio games? you know like Battle of black forrest, Aliens, Cola wars, Bad Kharma, ect, ect?

I think there is enough support that we could put together a Woodsball Team. We need someone to head it up.
