Tippys I don't have time to fix up

Six very used tippy rentals (2 98C's 4 M98s). Most all the pieces are there (there might be a missing frame screw or bumper o-ring or something small like that missing). Each gun needs work, some leak, some go full auto. I planned on fixing them up and either lending them to friends or selling them... but I just don't have the time. $250 plus shipping.
