a real player would care about the community as a whole, not themselves.Thats why you are being a Poser. I mean come on think about it, what you said. Don't you find that to be the least bit rude and selfish?

Chris speaking

There are some things I would like you all to know about the changes at Adrenaland. I personally will miss the air ball being up on a daily bassis like most of you. However, we have been in a "tournament" style field now for well over a year. True, only 7 months on air. Over that time we have seen the opening of addics and balistic in our market. Both companies are ran by great guys and do well serving there customers. Adrenaland had little to fear when our compitition was only extreme. Now with the same market being split up by more tournament intrest paintball fields & stores, our business must change. The paintball market doesn't seem to be as healthy as it was a year & a half ago (in Salt Lake). I think this is for two reasons: 1. The supply of both stores & fields grew faster than the demand. 2. Too much focus toward tournament players over rec players. Face it, not one of you picked up a gun and entered a tourney (unless you rented a gun at the first battle in the park 2003). Thus, we all started NEWBS and REC.
Over the last 4 mo. we talked with many customers that had quit playing at Adrenaland. #1 reason (not Addics) (suprised me too) but, the feeling of being out gunned. I'm glad Addics is pro tourney player, our community needs it. I hope John, travis, ect. keep up the good work they are doing. Our field is being tamed a bit to allow players that do not have tournament ambitions have fun playing paintball.
Adrenaland's goals haven't changed, nor has our direction. They have just been remembered. Will we still do tourney's? DAMN RIGHT, Factory Cup in Nov. Will the 2005 UXPL season be beter than last year? HELL YES! Does Adrenaland have any more suprises? YOU SOULD KNOW THE ANSWER TO THAT!
Make no mistake, there are 52 cards in a deck of playing cards. Most decks have only 4 aces. Ours has 52, and 47 are up our sleeves.

So with all that said. Come try the field, you might remember paintball is fun!~

more upcoming changes tba

lol Chris

I don't know about all of you but i'm excited for all the changes. While tourney style play is fun and exciting this new rec ball field will be a blast. Its alway nice to try something new. So before you go and strat ripping it apart in your mind give it a chance and play on it. After all you can't judge a book by its cover.(hope your all smart enough to figure out what that means)

What does court have to do with a book greg? Just kiddan Greg, I agree I think it just came as a suprise to most players. Adrenaland did what they needed to do. Like chris has said they are stilling doing the tournaments but to have paintball grow this had to happen I cant wait to play the field it should be a blast 🙂 the only problem we will need to find a new place to practice.
