After a few minutes of research they are a mortgage company based out of California that Specializes in the Reverse Mortgage and Sub prime markets. They are a privately held company controled by a Mr and Mrs. Davies. Their web server is based out of San Diego California and they only have one location in Utah.
Most likely they are a firm who initiates a loan then sells it to another firm a few months down the road for profit. | |||

If they sell it would that keep the terms the same for the person that took out the loan?

IT depends on what small print they put in the terms and conditions of the loan..You just have to be careful.
