Thankyou braden, many dont agree about the reffing though...
I really appreciated the honest play for the most part. No 1for1s were pulled on field one until a few games before lunch and i had several players get hit and before I even checked them, pull their band and give it to me. Great event, however I would like to see sportsmanship upped a level, many very dissappointing decisions were made in my opinion...

I personally thought that was a really fun event. Really good playing ballistic... I personally disagree with michael on how he thinks the reffing was bad. It really wasn't. Early in the day it seemed like the Xball field refs were afraid to pull people. That seemed to get better later in the day. A suggestion would be to disperse the experienced refs around. The exception for the overall good reffing was two refs. They know who they are. You might think im mad because I was suspended, and I am singling out this ref... Of course I am. That suspension was completely illegitimate. You know it was. I have numerous witnesses that will gladly testify I used no excessive language what so ever... If you are going to suspend someone you better have your facts right. Do your job correctly. The other ref needs to learn to not be such a choad and push players out of there bunkers and show deliberate bias.. ohh and did I mention that suspension was just a poor show of how bad this ref is. end rant. Honorable ref mentions... kid in the pink pants, far dorito corner on the archon field closest to the air station, the kid in the rasta beanie, and fez for putting up with constant irritation. Allen just a few suggestions, perhaps before the next event could you rake the fields clear of rocks? There is a grip of them. Also try to set up the chrono right at the field entrance. I noticed some people who skipped the chrono..... Make it something no one can get past. Set up a different chrono too. Just so there isn't a surge of people at the field chronos. Props to fez for trying to keep everyone out of that tent. It was unorganized chaos at times. I would like to see that done away with too. Make it known that teams should give you suggestions on how the tournament series could be better...except reffing. You really have no control over that. All be it the current ultimate doesn't seem to have control either. Im looking forward to Dan's pictures. Overall it was a really fun event. Good playing everyone, see you next tournament.
