New Paint Ball series in Utah

Announcing the formation of a new Paintball Series for Utah. The XPS has been formed with the express purpose of giving paintballers’s in Utah an opportunity to play for very little cost and still play for prizes and cash awards. The first five-man event will be held in Syracuse, Utah on June 9, 2007
Cost is as follows:
• $250.00 for entrance before June 3, 2007 after it will be $300.00

There will also be prizes given to teams through a drawing, for all teams entered in the event; prizes will range from gear bags to packs.
Classification will be Rookie or Open and divisions will be Rookie or Open. (A rookie team may only have one Open or Nov player.) (A Open team will be the best team you can put together). No Tombstone players will be allowed to play with any other Tombstone player.
Format will be a combination of PSP and NPPL with the teams bracketed together like the PSP and play all games during a set period of time, plus players will be allowed to play in PSP ramping mode. The play will be based on NPPL format otherwise.

This thing is going to be a really sweet setup guys!

Two full five man fields on grass surface. PSP or NPPL modes allowed. Quick turnaround with lots of games. Cheap entry, cheap paint.

Cash prizes every event!!! Currently the only Utah series that does that consistently. Plus the chance to win prizes from a drawing just for participating.

Let's get back to the tournaments where you can go play, have a ton of fun, and actually have a shot at winning some cash if you do well. That's the way it should be!

Whoa this sounds sweet Sparks. The first event is the same week of Summer Games is it not? Hmmmm this does seem very very intriguing tho.

Sparks, Rip, and the rest of the people founding and organizing this league are working extremely hard to do everything they can to make this series playable and enjoyable for every player at any skill level in Utah. Anyone who knows Rip knows that he doesn't do anything half way, if he is going to take the time to do it, he does it right and it's going to be the best. The fact that the series is within a short drive from almost everyone in Utah (except St. George) is also a big plus. 🙂

I know for a fact that they welcome everyone's suggestions or questions regarding this event or the series as a whole.

Get your teams in there folks! It's going to be an absolute BLAST!
