if i save a animated picture, how do i set it as an avatar and make it move when i set it???

Location: It's truley amazing how much space they give you to enter where you live, but I live in Ogden.

don't save it.

Easiest way to do it is to RIGHT CLICK it and then click Properties at the bottom and then COPY and PASTE that URL in the box where you can put the web address in to change your avatar in your User CP.
