Special Ops Broadsword Vest

Here I have a Special Ops Broadsword Vest in woodland digi camo, size XL. It is only 6 months old, used but not abused. It would be a perfect fit for someone tall or....well lets just say "large and in charge." In any case, it goes for $100 (New price is $150). I may consider trades, just offer up. Here is the S.O. store link http://specialopspaintball.com/shop/product_detail.asp?SKU=320+0051&CAT=104201301

is it bullet proof?
