Any Upcoming Tournys?

Well, now that the UXPL is finished my team and I don't have any tournys planned. Any good ones coming up? If no good tournys, any place where we could come practice with other teams? We just wanna keep shootin' people!!!!😎

The final MWXPL will hold their final tourney of the season sometime in October down in St. George, other than that, I don't know of any before the end of the year.

Addicts will be holding our Winter Series starting most likely the end of January. We will have a 3 month series this year.

As far as practicing against other teams, Thursday nights are picking back up as the end of the season gets here. They are good nights to get some good practice in.

We will also be starting our every other saturday morning open practices again soon. That usually brings in some pretty good competition.

They run every other Saturday, 7:00 am to 9:30 am. Free entry and air, discounted practice paint (that can only be used during these practices) all we ask is that everyone who comes in stays a few extra minutes to help clean the field when you're done.

Any teams interested in participating in these practices, let me know.

Thanks!
Lisa

There is also an XPSL in Acton, CA the end of September, but I figured they were looking for more local action, since they (Team Basic) competed in the D6 division of UXPL.

It is a HUGE jump to go from D6 UXPL to D5 XPSL...not that they couldn't do it, I just recommend getting a little more experience under their belts before tackling the bigger series --if that is their interest.

Just my .02 cents.

Cool can anyone give me a rundown of how air works? Do teams bring compressors or do I just go to a local shop and fill up my tank and play until it's empty?

There are several of us that bring SCUBA tanks. The dive shop in Springville, Called Scuba Teds, has air fills to 4500.
