well from what I heard, someone shot at a car that was driving by on the freeway, I dont know if it was intentional or not but the cops tried to find who shot the car by trying to match the paint, but had no luck.
not sure if they are going to shut it down or not. but the place looks like a dump. people, clean up your trash!!

Don't know anything about the incident Allen's talking about buy I have to echo what Phantom said about cleaning the place up. I played there yesterday and the place looks horrible. If people are interested in keeping this place open we need to start cleaning up after ourselves. I drug two boxes of trash out of there yesterday and it didn't even seem to make much of a dent. I know I personally enjoy having that area as a place to play, but it will cease to exist if people don't start taking responsibility for their actions. I'd personally like to see those of us who us the "mile marker" site, and who want to see it stay open, organize a day sometime to go clean the place up.

Clean Up I-84

Who is ogranizing and selling stuff at I-84 these days ?
From what I hear there is a Saturday Group and then a Sunday Group.

I have been concerned for a while that with the amount of trash players are leaving at I-84 sooner or later the local government will take exception and close it down.

The "Trash" reason was why Flash's field and Straight Shooter were closed down 7 years ago. When IRRESPONSIBLE players leave boxes and bags and thier trash laying around that has forced closure of several paintball fields.

Those who use I-84 need to take action and keep it cleaner or it will be noticed sooner or later...

I-84

I was there playing today and it did look a little better, but I have to add a big thank you to a guy from the Thiokol Paintball team named Alex Cooper, he stayed about an hour extra just to pick up garbage.

thanks thiokol guys. in a couple of weekends RC's Paintball is gonna start bringing our trailer down, and my boss is planning on takin us down there when no one is playing and cleaning up alot of the trash. i will post that day so if anyone else wants to come help they can. the marker really does look really bad, and if you see people shooting at cars or shooting up the signs, say somethin to them. crap like that gives paintball a bad name and closes out places to us. thanks.
