Traxxas T-Maxx well, i didn't know if i should put this in the paintball for sale/wanted forum so i decided to put it here:
Alright what i have up for sale today is a Traxxas T-Maxx. For those of you that don't know what it is, its a really fast RC truck. It runs on Nitro fuel, has traxxas' 2.5 engine in it, and can easily do over 40 MPH. It has a 2 speed forward/reverse transmission in it so it sound really cool. it get going and then it shifts gears automatically. It is 4 wheel drive and the wheels are almost 6 inches diameter. This thing can do some crazy stuff in the dirt, up hills, on the grass or the street. It is great for doing jumps because it has dual shocks on each wheel. The best thing about this truck is the electric start that it has on it. All you have to do is stick it in, prime the engine and it will start right up. It also does the glow plug so you don't have to have a separate glow plug heater. I have with it two batteries for starting. The engine was broken in very carefully and was never run on anything more than 20% nitro fuel. You can use 30% and even up to 40%, it will go faster, but it is tougher on the engine. I have only put about 1 1/2 gallons of gas through this beast, and it has the original glow plug on it, so you know it hasn't been used much. I will include: The Truck-complete and working The radio-a 3 channel pistol grip Electric Starter 2 batteries for the starter-20 bucks each new The upgrades it has Aluminum front bulkheads- this is the number one thing that will break with a stock truck. normally they are just plastic and they will break if you bump into anything because everything attaches to them. If i remember right, these were about 70 bucks Alluminum front skidplate - this is the first thing that i ever broke, so i went right out and spent the 40 or so bucks to get an alluminum one. Some upgraded front shocks - these ones are just bigger and stronger to handel those hard front landings. these were another 40 bucks I also have with it the original manual, the original box, a bunch of extra parts that i accumulated and i'm sure i have more that i can't think of right now. I am asking 350 obo for this, i haven't used it in a while(it was before paintball) but when i did, it was a blast. i started it up the other day and it runs fine, almost made me want to keep it, but it must go. I don't have pics of it yet, but until then here is a link to a site that sells them. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXPW87**&P=ML You can see that with the car itself being 400, plus the batteries and accesories and extra parts it adds up to well over 600 bucks. This is one heck of a deal and you should jump on it now. __________________
