What is the solution?

The MWXPL is requiring players to have XPSL player IDs. The XPSL is currently not issuing IDs.

So how do those who do not have XPSL ID obtain them?

For 2006 they are requiring you to obtain an NPPL ID card for a feeder event.

This link will take you to the page you need:

You will be required to upload a picture for your ID card.

There is also a telephone number on that page that you can call if you have questions or problems.

The MWXPL's ID cards will be available up on the NPPL site by the end of the week. The NPPL's website guy is working on getting it up and running.
