Where to play?

Now that every field in the Herriman area has been shut down, including Butterfield canyon and the WVC field is pretty much off limits our gang has been searching for someplace "close" to play every couple of saturdays.

Not interested in speedball of any sort, looking for good ol rec ball/scenario play that includes lots of bugs and trees.

Ive heard of the "pickup" field, but have no idea where that is, other than the "pickup" field, is there a place within 20-30 min drive from South Valley to play anymore?

We preffer outlaw locations if possible or low priced admission and BYOP

Let me know, thanks.

Dude Mini-Fez is right. The pick-up field is awesome. The guy who made it, Darrel Nish, made it pretty much outta love of the sport and for a place for his kids to play. Not to mention he is one of the coolest guys around. If you have a pump we are getting pump games together every Monday at 4 pm if you are interested. Just show up and play.

Pickup is definately speedball.

Squaw Peak is kinda woodsball/speedball. I don't mind that so much as I hate the pitch of the terrain.

I used to play outlaw woodsball in hobble creek canyon, but after some idiot painted up springville the cops asked us not to play there.

Weather (and wife) permitting, I will be at the pickup field next monday with my pumps. Hope to see a nice group out.
