Some (if not all) of my guys will be there to get ready for Vegas.
I know we do not have an X-ball field, but the layouts for Vegas are up. It would be advantageous to everyone if we did our best to set up the field at least somewhat similar to Vegas (Center 50 blocking lane, heavy tapes, 30 standup etc.)
I will certainly be there early to help set up.

**Also: Despite Thrusday's horrible weather, it is supposed to melt by tommorow night. Friday's temp is projected at 60, and Saturday is supposed to be a sunny 70 degrees.

Should be great! Thanks to everyone who helped get this field going!

sweet.

one comment i have is if you are coming MAKE SURE YOU HELP WITH THE FIELDS!!!! The people bringing the fields have to clean them if you dont help and if this is free everyone should help. If you dont help that is pretty low considering they just took time to bring them and allowed them to be used by strangers. So please help with the fields when everyone is done. If everyone helps it doesnt take any longer than 30 min. so if you are planning on comming plan on helping out with cleaning.

Also with free air and paint at 30 a case that is the cheapest practice you could ever have here and the highest quality practice you could have. SO HELP CLEAN! I wouldnt want tim to not want us to come back and i wouldnt want bj or brad to not want to bring their bunkers again.

Should be fun looking forward to seeing everyone.

We want to start setting up at 10 and have games going by 11. Any help setting up is appreciated. The weather is supposed to be great tomorrow so we can play all day so bring some food if you want and you can cook in on my BBQ grill. I will also have the power washer this time so clean up should be a lot better than last week when we just had the hose.
