It will be released early november and will be 1500 dollars. I personally wont buy it unless i buy it used for a better price. But yea just thought people might wanna know. . I think it was at paintballace.com

geez....i can't possibly imagine what it will even look like. They better make it smaller and have better gas efficiency for once.

The dm4 is a spec ops dm4. Rory talked to dye and they made 4 of those. Josh McClee has one so does rory and 1 other. dye sold 1 of them

Actually Dye made 50 of the olive ones, Rory and SpecOps just got the first 4.

Actually you are both wrong. I read an offical release by dye that says, and i quote

"People liked the olive anno that Caruso had done originally so much they decided to produce a run of around 250. So very limited run."

that quote is from dye that i read off of another form.

hmm...I think we all are wrong again, according to http://store.paintballace.com/dyedm4olduli.html , it says that there will only be 150 of the Olive ones made.

But anywho....back to the real topic of DM5's.....is there any prototype pics out yet?

Everybody is partially right!

Basically I have bugged the Dye rep about it forever and he told me they were looking into making a small run.

Then dye made them and:

There was an intiall run of 4 and I got the first one. Now there is 250 being made and there is going to be 50 distributed in the southwest region and the rest through other distributor territories. We just put our SpecOps jewel on it for a little extra flash:). So for now Josh Maclee has 1 of 4 but more are soon to follow.

And, regarding the dm5. I will call up our Area rep on Monday and dig up some dirt on it.
