For teams that preregister and receive a discount on the special event paint, is this discount a bigger discount then the preorder discount available to all teams? Or is is the same price?

I think I understand your question...

Paint preordered & prepaid is the biggest discount.
On site paint will be more $

All teams must pre-register so that the NPPL has time to send us all the ID cards.

There is no extra discount beyond the prepaid discount.

However if a team or individuals are willing to help with setup & cleanup we will pay them in paint, after they perform the work.

UXPL teams can earn paint by Reffing affiliated Scenario events.

How old do you have to be to ref? Can we help sep up the field and stuff too?

I imagine you need to be 18 to ref but I don't know about just helping out.

For Scenarios its easier. There is no fixed age limit you just have to be willing to work all day!

Chris,

I have a correction to my previous post in this thread.

The UXPL has decied to offer a 5% Paint discount to all season teams.

Pre-paid paint is $55 and $65 per case and season teams once registered will qualify for an additional 5% discount.

On site paint will be $5 more.
