Anyone have any pics, videos or release dates for Halo 3?

I've heard all sorts of dates for the release but nothing solid. I cant wait for it to come out.

There have been rumors of more "insider information" saying that Halo 3 is just awaiting the green light from Bungie. According to Hexus Gaming's source "the final artwork has been finished for disk, booklets and box art". All I'd like to say if this information is true, whoever is giving it is getting fired for breaking NDA (non disclosure agreement) terms. But hey, lets hope Bungie surprises us soon!

Ya everything I have read and seen says that Halo 3 will be comming out the same day as the New Sony PS3, but then again who really knows?

From what I know about bungie and halo they wont release on the ps3 date( probably will be delayed 2 years like the last one). Also, I heard its going to be for xbox and not xbox 360. Is this correct? I don't see why they wouldn't do two virsions, any insight would be appreciated.

They moved the release date for the play station 3 to Nov. so if they still want to release it when it comes out then they have to move it as well. I don't if they will release it for xbox and 360, but if I was them I would release it for only 360 so it will make others buy their new product. From what I heard it won't be called "Halo 3" because it is going to be a different story line, it won't be following the story line from 1 and 2, but you will still be master chief.

I think a Halo 3 is inevitable. Just the pre-order sales of Halo 2 were over two million bucks so it would be in Bungie's interest to make a third. Plus Halo 2 obviously sets the story up for a third. One major thing about "Halo 3" though is that it most likely isnt going to be called Halo 3, but instead have the name "Forerunner". From several other sites, I have seen it reported that Halo 3 is no longer scheduled to come out with the PS3, but in fact be a part of the Halo: movie release and promotion.

From a marketing stand point proves a much better return then releasing it against the PS3. Since once people who don't have the Halo 3, or forerunner as it might be called, go see the movie (if the movie is good) will want the game.

I don't know why Bungie wouldn't want to release it on the 360. They coiuld do so much more than leaving it on the original Xbox, but of course not everyone has a 360. Bungie wants to hit the biggest market as possible. I wouldn't be suprised to see two versions one for the 360 and one for the original.

as of now there will be no halo 3! i read it in game informer. they contacted bungie and there is no Halo 3 coming out not even in production. They had a representative of bungie tell someone in an interview that they are going to go to bigger and better things and everyone interprited that as halo 3. there still may be a halo 3 but as of now there is none. if you asked anyone from bungie they would tell you halo 3 does not exist and will not.

What they are saying is no halo 3 in production but a game called forrunner is in production that includes master chief and possibly the covenant? Sounds like halo 3 to me. I think they are just trying to keep things on the down low
