Yes, I have also heard that the UXPL has moved their June 10th date to the week after. UXPL did not know that the USG had a set date.

So the UXPL June 10th date has moved to the 17th.

Krow is correct.

We want as many teams as possible to be able to play both the UXPL and USG events. Since the next weekend (June 17th) was available I have moved the date back for the UXPL event to prevent any conflicts.

Both the UXPL staff and myself offer our support to the USG event.
You guys know how to get ahold of me if you need anything.
I hope things will be improved from the 2005 event.

One suggetion. Your USG website states you are using the IPPL player ID system. There are some problems with that statement.

1) I assume you meant IPPI not IPPL, there is no such thing as IPPL.
2) If so then you need to know that the old IPPI system used by the XPSL is no longer valid since the XPSL is now using new NPPL Feeder system (D5, D4, Open)
3) The old IPPI has numerous errors on it and was not updated in 2005.
4) The IPPI is being imported into the new NPPL database and will no longer be available at some point.

I have been having extensive converstaitons with XPSL and NPPL Feeder about the classificaiton issue and how the new system changes things. I would be glad to share that information with the USG, if they want my help.

Good Luck,

..

Allen,

Thanks for the info. We are aware of the type-o and are trying to get it removed. We are also aware that the XPSL uses the NPPL card system now. I will get that updated on the website asap. We appreciate the UXPL flexibility to make this happen.
