I have been talking extensively with Shawn at XPSL now NPPL General Manager about this issue.

The idea of the Feeders is to have standardized divisions. As you can see from the XPSL classifications there will be some accomodations made for the first year. I think those classifications will balance themselves out over a year or so.

I am still waiting on the printed contracts from NPPL to see exact classifications and what modifications we are allowed to make.

As soon as I know something definitively I will get that info out to the players. I fully understand it could affect the composition of some teams and that you want to know ASAP.
